calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders passed by him in Lr. No.1084/U.Spl./2013-1 dated 19.3.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to upgrade the pay of the petitioner as Joint Secretary to Government and step up her pay at par with her junior M.Sampath who is serving in the Finance Department with effect from 1.12.2010 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

Calling for the records of the 4th respondent passed in Letter No.23790/ E IV/ 2011-1 dated 10.8.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents No.1 to 2 herein to implement G.O.Ms. No.126 dated 29.5.1998 P and AR (U Spl.) Department in proper manner and re-fix the pay of the petitioner on par with the petitioner junior with effect from 22.12.2010 and sanction the arrears of pay and allowances to the petitioner and grant all consequential monetary benefits with interest within a reasonable time

The matters were initially listed for hearing on 02.09.2025. On that

day the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions undertook to

file the translated copies of the case papers before the registry but failed to do

so. Thereafter, the matters were listed on 07.10.2025 before this Court and the

learned counsel for the petitioner requested for time to get ready with the matter. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioners, the matters were directed to be listed on 04.11.2025. Today (i.e.,) 04.11.2025 when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners nor the translated copies of the case papers have been filed, which clearly shows that the petitioners are not inclined to prosecute the Petitions.

Therefore, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution.
