above maintenance case before the VII Additional Family Court and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner in H.M.O.P. is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Chennai, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Pappirettipatti and transferred to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with the M.C.No.351 of 2024.
