2.The reasons for the transfer has set out and argued on behalf of

the petitioner is that:-

a)petitioner is living at Vadapalani, Chennai.

¶23

b)petitioner is undergoing medical treatment for pregnancy in Chennai.

¶24

c)the matter is pending before Sub Judge, Musiri and therefore petitioner has to be present for every hearing and the distance between Chennai and Tiruchy is over 340 kms.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

¶26

4.Considering the above reasons which are justifiable, the request of the petitioner can be granted. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Sub Judge, Musiri and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The presence of the respondent is dispensed with for hearings except for evidence giving and counselling.
