This application is filed seeking to recall the warrant issued against the

Since the petitioner failed to appear before this Court in compliance of

the statutory notice, this Court issued warrant against the petitioner.

Today, the petitioner is present before this Court.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed by

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the warrant issued against the petitioner on 03.06.2025 is hereby recalled.
