This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 29.01.2014 made in A.S.No.24 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court at Arni, Tiruvannamalai District, confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.01.2007 made in O.S.No.160 of 2004, on the file of the District Munsif Court at Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.
