JUDGMENT

This appeal filed by the plaintiff against his mother/ respondent herein

seeking specific performance to execute the contract as per the sale agreement

¶19

dated 09.09.2011 entered between them.

¶20

This Court vide order dated 14.08.2025 had referred this matter

¶21

to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Villupuram and directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre.

The Mediation Report dated 19.08.2025 states that the matter has been amicably settled in the mediation based on the memo of compromise entered between the parties, in which the defendant/ respondent herein has stated her consent and ready to submit to decree. The memo of compromise entered between the parties in the mediation is shown hereunder.

In view of the above, based on the memo of compromise dated

19.08.2025 entered between the parties, this appeal is disposed of and the

memo of compromise entered between the parties in the mediation shall form part and parcel of this order.

Accordingly, this second appeal stands disposed of in terms of

the memo of compromise entered between the parties in the mediation. The Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the parties, if any.
