The mother of the minor girl, aggrieved by the inaction of the police to trace the missing girl, is before this Court through Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.The respondent police had traced the minor girl with one Naveen Srinivasan, who purportedly married the minor girl and living with her at Thiruvannamalai. The police has secured the minor girl and produced before this Court. The minor girl is willing to join with her mother/the petitioner herein, who is present before this Court today.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police states that the girl missing compliant has been altered into POCSO Act as against the third respondent, who also appears to be a minor.

4.Since the girl been traced alive and gave custody to the petitioner
