The matter had actually been listed for hearing on 28.10.2025, But however, a mention was made that the young child of the petitioner, who was born on 29.10.2007 and was missing on and from 10.10.2025, had returned back to home on her own volition.

another individual and consequently the second respondent had registered FIR in Crime No.546 of 2025 on 11.10.2025 under the caption "girl missing".Necessary investigation will have to be done as to where the child of the petitioner had gone during the past two weeks. Medical examination will have to be done, which is required since FIR was registered. The parents of the detenue are present before this Court today. After completion of medical examination and other formalities, the detenue may be handed over to the parents.
