The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Insurance

Company Limited in the present Civil Revision Petition submits that, against

the very same award, C.R.P.Nos.567 & 568 of 2003 were filed and some

appeals were also preferred in C.M.A.Nos.820 to 824 of 2003. The said appeals were disposed of on 11.07.2019, confirming the award. He further submits that following the same, the C.R.P.Nos.567 and 568 of 2003 were also disposed on

07.09.2023. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the dismissal of the C.M.A.Nos.820 to 824 of 2003 and

connected C.R.P.Nos.567 and 568 of 2003, this Civil Revision Petition stands

dismissed. No costs.
