The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in preferring the Civil Revision Petition against the fair order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the learned VII Small Causes Court, Chennai in R.C.A.No.24 of 2018, confirming the order dated 29.06.2017 passed by the XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Since the respondent has no objection to allow this petition, it is hereby allowed and the delay is condoned.
