A report has been received from the learned Second Additional District Munsif/Principal District Munsif, Puducherry, with regard to status of E.P.Nos.27/2002 an 39/2002, saying that E.Ps., have been terminated on 05.12.2023 as delivery was recorded. In such circumstances, this court finds that no purpose will be served in keeping the Revision Petitions pending. Accordingly, recording the above, the Civil Revision Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs.
