2.A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit was filed by the revision petitioner herein for the relief of recovery of possession and damages. The suit was decreed by the trial Court on 31.10.2023. The defendant in the suit had filed A.S.No.45 of 2023, and the same is pending before the Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

3.A perusal of the "B" diary extracts reveal that appeal is posted for arguments from 15.04.2024 onwards. In such circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the first appeal.

3.Considering the above said facts, the learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.45 of 2023 on or before 31.08.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
