This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2019 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the second defendant in the suit filed by the first respondent herein on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam in O.S.No.45 of 2019 for declaration.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the first respondent for declaration is pending for the past six years without any

progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.45 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
