It is seen from the impugned order PW.1 was cross examined by defendants 1 to 5 and the matter was posted for cross examination of PW.1 by 6^th defendant. At that stage, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff expressed her disinterest in continuing with trial and the recording the same, the Trial Court closed the evidence of PW.1 and adjourned the matter for examination of other witnesses. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner/plaintiff has come before this Court.
