These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to

quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.24, 25 & 26 of 2011 respectively on

the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam , Villupuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

¶26

and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. Perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner had already

filed quash petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.18019, 18025 & 18034 of 2023 and the same were disposed of by this Court on 14.08.2023.. There is absolutely no change in circumstances to entertain the present second quash petitions. That apart, the petitioner is facing very serious charges involving the misappropriation of a substantial sum of nearly Rs.4 Crores.

4. It is also pertinent to note that the trial has already commenced and the prosecution witnesses have been examined. After

closing of the prosecution witnesses, the petitioner has now approached this Court once again, seeking to quash the proceedings, which appears to be a clear attempt to delay the trial.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in these

petitions to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.24, 25 & 26 of 2011 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, Villupuram

District. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
