4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
