ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petition has been filed to relax the the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 6214 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 6214 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
