ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8872 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8872 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 and enlarged the petitioner in anticipatory bail. He further submits that the petitioner is now undergoing treatment for the injuries sustained due to the attack happened at the time of occurrence, the doctors advised him to take continues treatment and bed rest. The petitioner's current medical condition and the prescribed recovery period prevent him from full filling the procedural obligations and unable to arrange and execute the sureties within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reasons only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.8872 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner

and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of four weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
