PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl O.P.(Md) No.3955 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Hon'ble Special District Judge for EC and NDPS Act cases, Thanjavur on daily 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3955 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner

has complied with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has been framed.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3955 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
