Petitioners (Rajesh, Ponnuthai and Subramanian), represented by counsel P.Veerapandi and facing police scrutiny under Cr. No.49 of 2025 of Seethaparpanallur Police Station, Tenkasi District, sought relaxation of conditions earlier imposed on them by this Court's order dated 11.03.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4443 of 2025. Counsel for petitioners stated that the petitioners had been complying with the conditions regularly; the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), S.S.Manoj, appearing for the respondent-Police, conceded that the petitioners had been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.
