This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment for seven years imposed in Spl.S.C.No.296 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge/3 rd Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, dated 27.03.2025 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2.The petitioner was charged for the offences under Section 366, 406, 354(b), 376, 383 of IPC and Section 66(e) of Information Technology Act and sentenced as follows:

3. The petitioner has filed the petition for suspension of sentence stating that he will produce substantial sureties and to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by this Court.

6.The Trial Court after examining the entire materials on record

convicted the petitioner as aforesaid. This Court does not find any prima

¶35

facie case for suspending the sentence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
