This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl MP(MD) No.2415/2025 in Crl.A (MD) No.245/2025 vide its order dated 25.04.2025.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 2415 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.245 of 2025 on 25.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Tiruppur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels,

the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2415 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.245 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
