These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD) Nos. 628, 629 and 640 of 2025, dated 26.06.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were directed to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners have been complying the condition regularly. As their avocation is affected, they pray to relax the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly and in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed by the respondent Police.
