This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the affidavit of the petitioner and to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein in Crl.O.P.No.21851 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the petitioner/ complainant submitted that the respondent herein/ accused has not complied with any of the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21851 of 2024, hence prays to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ accused submitted that the dispute between the defacto complainant and the respondent herein was amicably settled already, however he seeks time to comply with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed on the respondent herein by this Court, vide order dated 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21851 of 2024.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, this Court is of the view that the respondent herein/ accused is directed to comply with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed on him by this Court, vide order dated 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21851 of 2024 within a period of 10 days from today or else the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21851 of 2024 will automatically stands cancelled.
