PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against the Contemnors / Respondents herein for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.657 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024 and punish them accordingly.

When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the order has been complied with, the arrears of salary are yet to be paid.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents immediately submitted that, the said exercise could be carried out only on receipt of the proposal from the school concerned.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner categorically stated that the proposal has already been sent.

If such a proposal has been received, the respondents are directed
