2.Today(18.08.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the complaint of this petitioner, dated 16.02.2025 has been enquired and it was closed on 05.04.2025 as the issue is out of matrimonial dispute. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
