ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of
the orders of this Court dated 02.01.2025 made in W.P(MD) No.31538 of
2024, wherein this Court has directed the authority to dispose of the
appeal preferred by the writ petitioner.
2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the first respondent in
the writ petition has passed an order on 14.07.2025, rejecting the appeal
presented by the writ petitioner.
3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with
liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, dated 14.07.2025, if
he is so advised.
