ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 13.06.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.8440 of
2011 wherein this Court has directed the first respondent Co-operative Bank to release a sum of Rs.67,030/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand and Thrity only).
2. The order has been complied with. However, the petitioner is aggrieved that the loan amount has been deducted from the terminal benefits. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the appropriate manner known to law.
3. With the above said observation, this Contempt Petition stands
closed.
