When the matter came up for consideration yesterday i.e., on

20.08.2025, Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, represented that the respondents have already complied with

the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to

tomorrow (21.08.2025) to enable the petitioners to verify the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the

petitioners submitted that the respondents have complied with the order by duly issuing the proceedings. However, he submitted that the consequential amount
