This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the

orders of this Court, dated 16.12.2022 in W.P.No.32829 of 2022.

2.It is now stated by learned counsel on either side that a Writ Appeal

has been filed in W.A.No.920 of 2023, challenging the above order, which has been entertained by a Division Bench of this Court and an order of interim stay has also been granted on 31.10.2025.
