This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated

2.Now, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the

elections have been conducted and a suit has also been filed in that regard. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
