The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt

proceedings against the respondents for committing willful disobedience of the Order, dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39059 of 2024.

It is represented that enquiry had been conducted by the third respondent and a report had also been forwarded to the first respondent on 07.08.2025. Subsequently, the first respondent had also passed final orders on 22.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No.7217/E2(3)/2024.
