This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the

respondent for wilfully disobeyed the orders passed in W.P.No.22469 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a

compliance report of the respondent was placed before this Court and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:

6)The process of compliance of the above order had started earlier itself, but due to the collaboration of work at various places of her service, the process got a bit delayed and the same was seen as non-compliance of the Hon'ble High Court order dated: 07.08.2024. Now, all her leave/desertion period has been settled by the respective competent authorities and her probation has also been declared by the Addl. Commissioner of Police (Headquarters & Traffic), Tambaram City Police vide Completion of probation orders in C.No.A1/05343/2025, ???.?.184/2025, dated: 19.02.2025 and the same was served to her on 20.02.2025. Further, as prayed by the petitioner in herwrit petition, her increments were regranted to her by the Addl. Commissioner of Police (Headquarters & Traffic), Tambaram City Police vide Regrant of increment orders in C.No.D1/23184/2024, TCP.Order No.188/2025, dated: 20.02.2025 and the same also served to her on 20.02.2025.

7)It is also submitted that the requested increments were regranted to the petitioner after settling her leave/desertion period which was followed by

probation declaration. After regularizing her pay and regranting her increments, she is sanctioned annual increments as given below.

01.04.2022 *Rs. 48,100/-(Level 18, Cell-10)*
01.04.2023 *Rs. 49,500/-(Level 18, Cell-11)*
01.04.2024 *Rs. 51,000/-(Level 18, Cell-11)*
Her next increment due on 01.04.2025 will
be sanctioned in normal course.
