3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this

petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 76 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this
