This petition has been filed by the appellants to permit them to file this appeal as indigent persons.
2.The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.26 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli. The dispute between the private parties is relating to the apportionment of Land Acquisition compensation. By the common Judgment dated 30.04.2019, the above said suit was dismissed with the costs of the defendants. Aggrieved over the same, the plaintiffs are before this Court along with the present permission petition, seeking permission to file this appeal as indigent persons.
3.The reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to treat them as indigent persons are satisfied. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
4.Accordingly, this petition stands allowed as prayed for.
