These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 5921 days in filing set aside abatement caused on account of the death of 2nd respondent; to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of 2nd respondent and to bring on record the respondents 4 to 9 as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank them as respondents 5 to 10 in S.A.No.1212 of 2010.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of

these Petitions, the same are allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
