These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1278 days in

filing set aside abatement caused on account of the death of sole appellant in SA.No. 1212/2010; to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4 as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 5 in S.A.No.1212 of 2010.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
