The learned counsel for third respondent would oppose by stating that the reason(s) stated for condoning the delay of 129 days is insufficient. However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the delay cannot be construed as enormous and therefore inclined to consider the petition. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
