case in a cogent manner by stating that the appellant has not been permitted to participate in the enquiry proposed to be conducted by the first respondent.
An interlocutory application was also filed and there was an order by the civil Court to deposit the sale proceeds of Rs.4,60,800/- to the credit of the said suit.
