party writ appeal, leave has already been granted by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2025.

We are of the view that the question of condoning the delay does

not arise at all. In any event, for formal purpose, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in

order and post the same in the next vacation court.
