This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants to

institute the suit against the Defendants D3, D6 and D7 who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

According to the applicants, they have filed the suit for

declaration, seeking to declare the Annual General Body Meeting of the first plaintiff Society conducted by the first defendant on 27.08.2022 and the defendants taken decision therein as null and void. They also stated that the first defendant Society is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the defendants 3 and 6 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, this application is allowed and leave is granted .
