PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry regarding the missing of his original sale deed in Documents Nos.1106 of 1977 and 1030 of 1979 dated 05.10.1977 and 17.11.1979 respectively on the file of the 1st respondent and issue Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner by considering the petitioners representation dated 12.07.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that a Circular in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022 has been issued by the Director General of Police, Chennai prescribing certain guidelines for issuance of a Non Traceable Certificate.

with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the
