ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to measure the
property of the land to an extent of 0.77 ares in S.No.284/1, Kookal Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate filed a communication received from the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No. 1839/2024/S, dated 20.12.2024 that the property in S.No.284/1 is classified as “river” as per revenue records and that the survey cannot be done.
