The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to dispose the Appeal No.Na.Ka.22206/2024, dated 11.06.2024, pending on the file of the first respondent within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader circulated a communication addressed by the the first respondent to the learned Additional Government Pleader in Na.Ka.B10/2206/2024, dated 17.12.2024 that an enquiry is contemplated in the said appeal and the date of enquiry is fixed on 03.01.2025 at 03.00 pm.

4.As the enquiry has been commenced, the first respondent shall conclude the appeal without protracting the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and accordance with law within a period of three months
