PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6^th respondent to submit salary bills and other bills for the petitioner for the amounts stated in the salary bill for the petitioner for the month of June 2023 without any reduction, for months subsequent to October 2023, revising the same upward as and when necessary submit supplemental salary bills for the petitioner for the amounts by which they were reduced for the months of July, August, September and October 2023 within a time to be fixed by this Court and directing the fourth respondent to sanction the said bills within a time to be fixed by this Court, directing the respondents 4 and 6 to pay the petitioner the emoluments within a time to be fixed by this Court.

The instant writ petition has been filed by the Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the School Management and Education Authorities to present the salary bill without any deduction on the ground that audit objections have already been cleared.

2.Pending the writ petition, a report was filed by the third respondent to the effect that the audit objection had already been cleared.

3.In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to present the salary bill of the writ petitioner for the subsequent months also without any deduction or without any reference to the audit objection.
