PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to cancel the patta No.1531 and 2583 which allotted to the respondents 4 to 6 for survey No.433/1 and 3 that originally classified as of road(Pattai) in Survey No.433 on the file of Re.Survey and Re Settlement register of the village of Sengulam No.97 and restore the said Government Purampokku road(Pattai) to the original position for public usage by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 within a time as may be fixed by this Court.
