5.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the father of the petitioners had purchased a portion of the property in survey No.188/21 in the year 1947. During UDR, the property in Survey No.188/21 was subdivided into several subdivisions. Thereby, the properties in Survey Nos.188/21 I 2, J 1 and J2 are the properties of the petitioners, insofar it relates to the extent of property purchased by the petitioners' father. With regard to the said property, the family members of the petitioners have entered into a partition and they are in enjoyment of the same. While so, one Nagoor Gani, son of Chinnathambi Ambalam had lodged a complaint as if one Jennathul Kuruba had created false documents with regard to the property in Survey No.1881/21 I. Based on the same, enquiry was conducted and the parties were relegated to approach the civil Court. However, in the said order, it was directed to make an entry in the relevant Register that no further document should registered with regard to the said property, which was not at all related to the petitioners' property. Taking note of the said entry, the document presented by the petitioner was refused to be registered.
