This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 24.08.2024,

whereby the present functioning place of petitioner's bar bearing TASMAC Shop No.7627 in Patta No.941, Survey No.18/5A1, Pattupoochi, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District was shifted to Patta No.1688, Survey No.8/7C2, Door No.1/627 (2), Ayyuruli Thatchan Kanmai Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner

would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a representation seeking permission to run the bar in the new location.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that if
