2 . The petitioner claims that the construction activities being carried

out by the fourth respondent are in violation of the planning permission granted.

3 . Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has already issued a notice under Sections 199 and 205(1) and (2) of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920, dated 23.08.2024, to the fourth respondent and action is underway.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of,

with a direction to the third respondent to pursue the action already initiated to its logical conclusion. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
