The challenge in this Writ Appeal is to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 15.09.2023, made in W.P.(MD)No.2210 of 2022.

2 . Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the Assistant Director of Geology and Mining, had directed e-auction of the quarry, which is subject matter

of this Writ Appeal and orders have been passed on 15.07.2024, permitting e-auction. He would also add that necessary proceedings have been undertaken and that the e-auction will be conducted within three months from today. The appellant will be able to participate in the e-auction.

3 . Recording the above said submission, this Writ Appeal is disposed

of with liberty to the appellant to seek re-opening if the e-auction is not conducted within three months. No costs.
